Return & Refund Policy

At Rajwada Men's Wear, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a genuine manufacturing issue, we are here to help.

Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order through our website.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Be free from stains, perfumes, damage, or alterations.
  • Be returned with all accessories and complimentary items (if applicable).

Return requests submitted after the 3-day return period may not be accepted.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure a fair and transparent resolution process, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video while opening their package.

The video should:

  • Begin before the package is opened.
  • Clearly show the sealed package and shipping label.
  • Show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.
  • Clearly display the product received and its condition.

An unboxing video may be required to verify claims relating to:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect products
  • Missing items

While every request will be reviewed individually, the absence of a valid unboxing video may limit our ability to verify the claim and could result in the return, exchange, or refund request being declined.


3. Exchange Policy

We offer one-time exchange only for eligible products.

Customers may request an exchange in the following situations:

  • Size issues
  • Damaged products
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product received

Please note:

  • Only one exchange is permitted per order item.
  • Once a product has been exchanged, it will not be eligible for another exchange, return, or refund, except where required under applicable law.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Accessories
  • Malas
  • Paghdis
  • Mojdis that have been worn or used
  • Customized or altered products
  • Worn garments
  • Washed garments
  • Products without original tags
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Products showing signs of use, perfume, stains, or misuse

Certain products may also be marked as Non-Returnable on their respective product pages.


5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect product

Please contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • The unboxing video (if available)
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange.


6. Product Inspection

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon arrival.

A return, exchange, or refund request may be rejected if:

  • The returned product is different from the item originally shipped.
  • The product has been intentionally damaged.
  • The product has been worn, washed, altered, or used.
  • Original tags or packaging are missing.
  • The condition of the returned product does not match its original dispatched condition.

Rajwada Men's Wear reserves the right to make the final decision after inspecting the returned product.


7. Return Pickup

For approved return requests, Rajwada Men's Wear will arrange a return pickup through our logistics partner, Delhivery, wherever pickup service is available.

Customers are requested to ensure that the product is securely packed and ready for collection.

If pickup service is unavailable in a particular location, customers may be requested to ship the product to an address provided by our customer support team.


8. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after:

  • The returned product has been received.
  • The product successfully passes our quality inspection.
  • The return request has been approved.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days, although the exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


9. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges depend on the reason for the return.

If the return is approved because of:

  • A damaged product
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect product delivered by Rajwada Men's Wear

We will bear the return shipping cost.

For other eligible returns, applicable return shipping charges may apply and will be communicated by our customer support team.


10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not already been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


11. Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, or special offers are eligible for one-time exchange only, subject to the conditions of this policy.

Such products are not eligible for refunds, unless they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.


12. Fraud Prevention

Rajwada Men's Wear maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent return or refund requests.

We reserve the right to reject any request where we reasonably believe there has been:

  • Intentional product damage
  • False or misleading claims
  • Misrepresentation of facts
  • Return of a different product
  • Abuse of the return policy
  • Repeated misuse of exchange or refund services

Where necessary, Rajwada Men's Wear reserves the right to take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws.
